- Astrological Parameters: Date of birth, exact time of birth, birthplace city, and geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) required strictly for ephemeris calculation.
- Contact Details: Name, email address, and optional phone/WhatsApp number used solely for order confirmation and report delivery.
- Payment Information: We do not store credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials on our servers. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay in encrypted form.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your information exclusively to compute astronomical planetary longitudes, render interactive birth charts, deliver purchased digital PDF dossiers, and provide customer support. We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies.
4. Data Deletion Rights
You possess the right to request deletion of your saved birth profiles and order history at any time. You can trigger a data deletion request directly from your account area or by writing to privacy@trinetraastro.in.
